Terms of Service
Last updated 3 October 2026
Kintra is a loyalty app for boutique fitness studios: you earn points for verified attendance and redeem them for rewards from brand partners. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Kintra account or use the app.
You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us if you think someone else has access to it.
2. How points and rewards work
- Points are earned by checking in at a studio, by scanning the code posted there, and have no cash value. They can't be sold, transferred or exchanged for money.
- Each studio's points are separate and don't combine with another studio's.
- Redeeming a reward generates a code you show to the brand partner. Kintra doesn't process the redemption itself. Marking a reward "used" in the app is self-reported by you, not verified against the partner's till.
- We can adjust point values, reward availability or how earning works, especially during the pilot. We'll try to give notice of anything that affects points you've already earned.
3. Studios and brand partners
Studios and brand partners are independent businesses, not part of Kintra. Kintra connects you to their offers but isn't the one providing the class, the product or the service behind a reward. If a partner doesn't honour a redemption or a class doesn't happen as expected, that's between you and the partner, though we do want to know about it, since it affects whether we keep working with them.
4. Fair use
You agree not to:
- Check in at a studio you didn't actually attend, or otherwise falsify activity to earn points.
- Create multiple accounts to earn extra points or rewards.
- Share, resell or attempt to transfer your redemption codes to someone else.
- Use the app in a way that disrupts it for other members or the studios and partners running it.
We can suspend or close an account that does any of the above.
5. The pilot
Kintra is being tested with a small group before a wider release. Features may change, break or disappear, and the service may be interrupted without much warning. We'll fix what we can as fast as we can, but we can't promise uninterrupted access during this phase.
6. Ending your account
You can stop using Kintra and ask us to delete your account at any time. See the Privacy Policy for how. We can also close an account, particularly for the fair-use reasons in section 4, or if the pilot itself ends.
7. No warranty
Kintra is provided "as is", especially during the pilot. We don't guarantee it will be error-free, available at all times, or fit for any particular purpose beyond what's described here.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Kintra isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, for example a missed class or a reward that a partner didn't honour. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
9. Changes to these terms
As Kintra moves from pilot to a wider release, these terms may be updated, for instance if a future version adds payments. We'll update the date above whenever that happens, and flag anything material.
10. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from it or your use of Kintra.
